How does bin cleaning work?
You book online, put your bin out as normal, and we clean it after the council has emptied it.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bin is out or accessible, we'll clean it and put it back.
When will you clean my bin?
On your normal collection day, after the lorry has been. We work through each street in route order.
What happens if the council collection is late?
We adjust our round and come back where we can. If we can't get to you, you won't be charged for that visit.
What if my bin isn't emptied?
We only clean empty bins. If yours is still full we'll mark it as unable to clean and roll you onto the next visit.
Can I add more than one bin?
Yes — add as many as you like during booking or later from your account.
Do you clean garden waste bins?
Yes, along with general waste, recycling and food waste bins.
Do you clean commercial bins?

What happens if I go on holiday?
Pause your plan or skip a clean from your account — no charge for skipped visits.
Can I skip a clean?
Yes, any time before your next visit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No contracts, cancel any time.
